Main goal of our service is to give technical support to our customers during warranty period and after. Our strength is quick and efficient response to customers’ requirements, resolving the problem promptly by phone or teleservice. For this reason we have gathered high-level specialists, each in charge of a separate working section: melt shops, longs, flats, automation L2, distribution and drives.
In addition to customer support we are also offering Software developing starting from minor upgrading up to complete revamping.

In order to guarantee a quality service, the customer care specialists are continuously trained, kept updated and informed about the new products, technologies, and procedures.
